Xbox has announced that it will be hosting a special edition of the Official Xbox Podcast this Thursday, one during which Phil Spencer (CEO of Microsoft Gaming), Sarah Bond (President of Xbox), and Matt Booty (President of Game Content Studios) will discuss the future of Microsoft’s Xbox brand. Potential announcements are expected to include a new business plan in which Xbox will release some of its biggest first-party games (e.g., Starfield, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle) on rival platforms, such as the PS5 and Nintendo Switch.
