Paramount Pictures has released the first teaser trailer for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, an eighth installment of the action spy film series that will see a 62-year-old Tom Cruise doing another set of death-defying stunts, including hanging onto a small-propeller airplane while it’s inverted. Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, the story of which The Final Reckoning will continue and presumably conclude, earned over $570 million worldwide following its release in theaters in July 2023. “I need you to trust me…one last time,” Cruise’s Ethan Hunt says at the end of the trailer for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, which is coming to theaters on May 23, 2025.
Every choice has led to this.
