The PC version of FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH, a definitive edition of the 2024 action RPG and sequel to FFVII REMAKE from Square Enix and its Creative Business Unit I team, will deliver several improvements to the original version of the game that include improved lighting, enhanced visuals, NVIDIA DLSS functionality, and numerous graphics options that include three presets, according to a new PC features trailer for the game that Square Enix published on its official YouTube channel today.
“After escaping from the dystopian city of Midgar, Cloud and his friends set out on a journey across the planet. New adventures await in a vibrant and vast world – sprint across grassy plains on a Chocobo and explore expansive environments,” reads a description for the RPG, which remains on track for release on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on January 23, 2025.
Pre-orders for FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH, which are now live on Steam and the Epic Games Store, remain open for players who wish to take advantage of an Early Bird discount of up to 30% off across all editions for a limited time, as well as several bonus items: the Shinra Bangle Mk: II, Midgar Bangle Mk: I, and Moogle Trio Summoning Materia.
