Gameplay Performance
In the following section, we will utilize our standard gaming suite. We chose a resolution of 1440p (2560 x 1440) as this is the target resolution for the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5070 EAGLE OC ICE SFF 12G. Comparison performance in this review is from the XFX QuickSilver AMD Radeon RX 9070 OC Gaming Edition video card. The comparison model was chosen not only for its resolution target, but also it is likewise a factory overclocked card. We have reviewed the XFX QuickSilver AMD Radeon RX 9070 OC Gaming Edition recently as well.
In the Gameplay Performance section, we set all games at their highest Quality preset. Four of the games utilize ray tracing in some form for lighting effects or “always-on” ray tracing.
