Test Setup

We are using an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D-based system for testing. For 2025, we have upgraded our testing PC with completely updated components from top to bottom. We are using the motherboard’s current default BIOS settings on the latest release of BIOS. We have enabled PCI-Express Resizable BAR in the motherboard BIOS. We have enabled EXPO I in the BIOS for the memory. We are using a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro with the latest Windows Updates, including the 24H2 update. We have the latest drivers installed, including the latest chipset drivers.  We are using the “Balanced” power profile in Windows Settings, Core Isolation/Memory Integrity (VBS) is Enabled.

SUMMARY

This review evaluates the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5070 EAGLE OC ICE SFF 12G. This RTX 5070 is built to conform to NVIDIA Small Form Factor specifications. This criteria is welcome. It reduces problems in building smaller high performance PCs. The overall build and fit and finish is very well done. This review looks at the "ICE" or white video card, also offered in black. Gaming performance is on par with other RTX 5070 video cards but is nicely boosted by overclocking. Whether you are building a SFF PC or a regular sized desktop PC the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5070 EAGLE OC ICE SFF 12G is worth your consideration.

Nice review and a nice looking card as well. The 5070's are nice cards. Have an MSI 5070 Gaming Trio in a PC here and it plays every game at ultra settings at 1440P very nicely.
