Star Trek: Discovery’s fifth and final season will premiere globally on April 4, Paramount+ has announced. The first two episodes of the new season, which comprises 10 episodes, will be available to stream at launch, while new episodes will be releasing weekly, on Thursdays.
Synopsis and some teasers:
This season finds Captain Burnham and the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery uncovering a mystery that will send them on an epic adventure across the galaxy to find an ancient power whose very existence has been deliberately hidden for centuries. But there are others on the hunt as well… dangerous foes who are desperate to claim the prize for themselves and will stop at nothing to get it.

Put it out of its misery.
I rather like Discovery. We can all agree we are all full of oppinions here I suppose. At least I am. :)
I'm looking forward to the new Star Fleet Academy series too. And of course Section 31's movie.
This is a show I've tried to like but mostly ended up feeling tortured by. I'll start this premier but no guarantees that I'll get into it.
I haven't seen a new season drop on Netflix in a while so I did not know this was still beeing made, think I saw the first 2 or 3 on netflix, one of the better star treks I've' seen.
It lasted this long? I didn't even finish season 2
Well, at least we got Strange New Worlds out of it. ;) ;)
