A review for The Callisto Protocol on Steam reads:

I believe this game gets more hate than it deserves. I don’t find it exceptional comparing it to Dead Space but it’s not a bad game at the end of the day. The graphics are a feast and the overall dark vibes are fun. Now, about the most notable complaint I’ve seen, the combat. For me, it was okay. Repetitive? Yes! Irritating? Not really. It’s OK on lower difficulties. I didn’t want to torture myself playing it on higher difficulty. No, it doesn’t deserve the full price. but it deserves to be taken into consideration during sale.
