Assassin’s Creed Shadows Collector’s Edition, a premium version of the upcoming action-adventure game from Ubisoft Québec, is now being sold at $229.99—$50 less than its original MSRP—because it will no longer include early access, nor a season pass, when it launches on February 14, 2025, Ubisoft has announced. Ubisoft shared the news on its official Assassin’s Creed Discord this week, explaining that while both of these perks have been removed as part of the company’s latest plans for the controversial game, customers will still be getting most of the content that was originally advertised, such as a unique SteelBook case and character statues. A look at the contents of the revised release can be found below.

The content will mostly remain as initially advertised, though some design elements may change. The ACSH Collector’s Edition will include the following physical items: Naoe and Yasuke dual character statue (approx. 40 cm / 15.7 inches). Unique SteelBook case. Collector’s art book (76 pages). Naoe’s katana tsuba (life-sized). World map. Creed wall scroll (70×30 cm / 27.6×11.8 inches). Two sumi-e lithographs (13.5×19 cm / 5.3×7.5 inches).
