Stellar Blade, the action-adventure game that South Korean video game developer and publisher Shift Up released exclusively for the PS5 in April 2024, will be coming to PC sometime next year, according to new comments that the company shared during a meeting with investors yesterday. News of what will presumably be Stellar Blade’s definitive version came on the same day that Shift Up announced that it would be releasing not only Photo Mode, but DLC inspired by Nier: Automata for the game on November 20. A post on the PlayStation Blog also notes several additional features, including new costumes and lip-sync support for additional languages, including French, Italian, and Spanish.

Nier:Automata significantly inspired Stellar Blade. The collaboration between Director Kim Hyung Tae and Director Yoko Taro, marked by mutual respect and creativity, led to this successful outcome.

In the center of all this is Emil (voiced by Maii Kadowaki), the strange character from Nier:Automata. Emil’s Shop makes a surprise appearance in the world of Stellar Blade where eleven different collaboration-special items will be available. Items that intertwine the best of both games, leading you to a more enriched world.
