The Radeon RX 9070 XT, one of the new RDNA 4 graphics cards that AMD says can deliver up to 40% higher gaming performance on average when gaming at 1440p versus the previous-generation Radeon RX 7900 GRE, will be readily available when the GPU launches tomorrow for $599—so much so that one could build multiple Borg Cubes out of the boxes that are currently sitting at warehouses—according to the latest posts from retailers that include Overclockers UK.

“We have so much stock we could build an armada of Borg Cubes pretty much out of every model we have and from all brands, we have several thousand cards in stock spanning across Sapphire, PowerColor and Asrock all of which have 1000+ in stock of each brand,” the retailer bragged today on its official forum before posting the photo below, which shows a stack of PULSE AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT boxes from SAPPHIRE that may or may not have tipped over:

“The Borg Cube Overclockers UK marketing department spent hours building out of Sapphire 9070 XT Pulse Cards and yes the cube is solid, the centre is even more 9070 XT Pulse cards and we have over 1000 in stock just of this model, even better OcUK will hit ÂŁ569 Inc,” Overclockers UK staff member Gibbo noted. “VAT on this incredible beast of a card with hundreds to go round at MSRP.”

“We then also have several hundred cards from Gigabyte and ASUS as well,” he continued. “This launch will be impossible to resist as such is the reason we built Borg Cubes, because AMD will assimilate you, resistance is futile, BUY Tomorrow from OcUK at 2pm with prices starting from ÂŁ524.99 Inc VAT.”

“The Radeon RX 9000 Series unlocks new levels of performance while delivering a suite of new and enhanced features that improve the gaming experience,” AMD said of its first RDNA 4 GPUs during a launch event last week. “The Radeon RX 9070 Series offers 16GB of GDDR6 memory, allowing gamers to render the most exciting games of today and tomorrow at max settings.”

“Compared to the previous generation RX 7900 GRE, the latest AMD Radeon RX 9070 is able to deliver over 20% more performance on average when gaming at 1440, with the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT extending that lead to over 40% on average,” the company went on to claim.
