With the cat out of the bag, Valve took to its barren Twitter account this afternoon to officially announce Half-Life: Alyx. The flagship VR game will be unveiled this Thursday at 10 am Pacific Time.

Fans can go ahead and pretend this is Half-Life 3, since it’ll reportedly continue the story from Half-Life 2 and its two episodic sequels. The game will certainly help get Valve’s VR headset off the shelves, especially if it turns out to be exclusive to the Index.
