The official Final Fantasy VII page shares more details for this series. They state that a ‘treasure trove’ of details will be in future episodes. Going from behind the scenes to story, and character development, plus much, much more. The FF franchise has come a long way since its 8 bit, 1987 incarnation in Japan. A few years later in 1990 it made its way to the U.S. Whether on console or PC it has managed to push hardware to its limits over the decades. FF VII looks to carry on this tradition as well.

Peter Brosdahl
As a child of the 70’s I was part of the many who became enthralled by the video arcade invasion of the 1980’s. Saving money from various odd jobs I purchased my first computer from a friend of my dad, a used Atari 400, around 1982. Eventually it would end up being a lifelong passion of upgrading and modifying equipment that, of course, led into a career in IT support.
