Final Fantasy VII Remake isn’t officially due until April 10, but a few lucky fans have already gotten their copies. One redditor, NateLo22, shared a shot of his beautiful Deluxe Edition, which looks like an ideal way to spend quarantine. He’s promised not to spoil the game, but prospective players will want to keep an eye out anyway, as others may not be so nice.

Ironically, Square Enix warned gamers on Friday that shipments of Final Fantasy VII Remake could be delayed in certain locations due to COVID-19. “As you will be aware, many countries are limiting entry or closing their national and state borders and restricting the distribution and delivery of non-essential items,” the company wrote. “This does not mean that box copies of FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE will not be dispatched, it just means that we cannot control the date the game may arrive.”

Copies purchased from Square Enix’s official web store should definitely arrive on time, however. “Finally, we are currently making arrangements to ensure that pre-orders from the SQUARE ENIX STORE reach you by April 10,” said the company. “We are working hard to ensure as many of you as possible can play the game on April 10 and will update further when we have more information.”
