Depending on budget and imagination, some PC builders will go to great lengths in putting together their rigs. Some take for granted the nuances of cabling, picking their preferred components and overall assembly. In the last decade, RGB has come, and (for better or worse) taken visual aesthetics to the forefront for many. There are builders that go even further beyond this, to the realm of case modding and thus completely customizing nearly every aspect of their rigs. In recent years, we have even seen major console manufacturers join the fray with limited-edition, game-themed consoles.
Back on April 7th, CD PROJEKT RED started a contest called #CyberUpYourPC, challenging builders to create their own Cyberpunk 2077-themed PC. On May 29th, it announced that the final five entries have been selected out of over 1500 submissions. Entries spanned from detailed conceptual artist depictions to those that seemed like actual builds. CD PROJEKT RED is now turning to professional case modders to make these final entries real.
