Intel Launching 11th Gen “Tiger Lake” Mobile Processors in September?

Intel has revealed that it will be sharing something “big” with us on September 2nd. What could it be? We’re not sure, since the event teaser (via The Verge) is annoyingly vague, but a lot of enthusiasts seem to believe that Intel is teasing the launch of its 11th Gen processors.

Dubbed “Tiger Lake,” these are mobile-specific SKUs that will feature the oft-discussed Xe graphics architecture, which is supposed to offer a “huge leap” in performance. We’ll have to wait until September to see what really happens, but in the meantime, you can check out the event teaser below.
