NVIDIA’s First PCIe 4.0 GeForce GPU Spotted

NVIDIA has published the product page for its latest notebook GPU, the GeForce MX450. According to the technologies section, this card will feature PCI Express 4.0, which would make it the first GeForce/gaming GPU from NVIDIA to do so.

“The NVIDIA GeForce MX450 graphics card accelerates your laptop for work and play,” wrote NVIDIA. “Now, you can expect even faster performance over the latest integrated graphics for faster photo editing, video editing, and gaming. It also works seamlessly with NVIDIA Optimus technology to give you the perfect balance between long battery life and performance.”

Lenovo’s Yoga Slim 7 will be one of the first devices to sport NVIDIA’s GeForce MX450. According to SiSoftware listings (via NotebookCheck), this laptop will feature Core i7-1165G7 Tiger Lake processors (2.8 GHz base clock, 4.7 GHz boost clock).
