SAPPHIRE’s most powerful RDNA 2 graphics card, the TOXIC AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition, has begun showing up at various European retailers. The pricing appears to be pretty insane, however—one store has it listed for 2,599.90 euros ($3,144.07), while others plan to sell the card for as much as 4,159.90 euros ($5,030.59). These prices are quite a bit higher than AMD’s reference Radeon RX 6900 XT GPU, which launched at an MSRP of $999, but SAPPHIRE’s TOXIC AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition does boast a boost clock that’s up to 480 MHz higher (2,730 vs. 2,250 MHz).

Sapphire RX 6900 XT TOXIC Extreme is an enthusiast card with a pre-installed liquid cooling solution. The graphics card features an all-in-one cooler with a pump and 360mm radiator. It is truly a beast of a graphics card that can sustain very high clock speeds. Sapphire officially announced that Toxic Extreme has a boost clock of 2730 MHz in its factory-overclock mode. That’s 480 Mhz higher than RX 6900 XT reference boost clock.
