HP has announced its latest IPS gaming monitor, the OMEN 25i. While its 24.5-inch size and Full HD resolution might be a letdown for enthusiasts who are accustomed to grander displays, HP’s OMEN 25i happens to be the world’s first monitor to flaunt a “Game Remaster Mode,” which automatically applies special enhancement filters to make older, lower-resolution titles look better. HP’s OMEN 25i also features a 165 Hz refresh rate, 1 ms response time with overdrive, VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, and compatibility with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC.
