The fourth and long-awaited installment of GSC Game World’s post-apocalyptic FPS franchise, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl, is coming to PC and Xbox Series X|S consoles on April 28, 2022. GSC Game World confirmed S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl’s release date in a new gameplay trailer released today, which demonstrates how great the series’ infamous Chernobyl Exclusion Zone looks in the latest entry and the kind of characters and enemies the player will face as they attempt to make their way to the Heart of Chernobyl. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl will also be available for Xbox Game Pass subscribers to enjoy on day one.

We’re getting more and more excited as we get closer to the release date — and there is still a lot to share. You can pre-order your copy of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl starting today on the Xbox Store. Every player who purchases the game will get the early bird weapon and costume skins along with the additional campfire melodies — a fitting way to prepare before you enter The Zone.
