Razer has announced the Razer Blade 14, its first Razer Blade laptop with an AMD Ryzen processor. Leveraging a sleek, all-aluminum compact design, the Razer Blade 14 features an 8-core/16-thread AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX CPU, up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU, and up to a 14-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display with 165 Hz refresh rate. Razer’s Razer Blade 14 laptop also boasts a vapor chamber cooling system for quiet and efficient cooling, up to 12 hours of battery life, and a range of connectivity options (i.e., 2x UBC-C ports, 2x USB-A ports, 1x HDMI port). Pricing starts at $1,799.99.

With the revival of the Blade 14 comes the birth of an entirely new partnership between Razer and AMD, culminating in the first Razer Blade ever to run on an AMD processor. The AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX 8-core, 16-thread processor features a max boost clock of up to 4.6GHz, enabling it to quickly dispatch dense workloads, reduce latency when gaming, and chew through demanding workloads at breakneck speeds.
