Developed by M2H & Blackmill Games, Verdun is an action shooter set in World War I that places players in the trenches of the Great War with intense squad battles, while Hidden Path Entertainment’s Defense Grid: The Awakening should be of interest to strategy game fans seeking a tower defense title with a sci-fi theme. Both games will be available for free until July 29 at 11:00 a.m. EST. The Epic Games Store has also launched its latest summer sale today, allowing users to save up to 75 percent on select titles.
