Accelerate Games has announced that an HD version of its WWI tower defense game, Toy Soldiers, will be released on September 9 for console and PC. The original was released in 2010 and allowed players to command armies of classic tabletop toys. It spawned two sequels. Toy Soldiers HD will feature added content, improved graphics and sound, more game modes, and all of the original DLC. Players can recreate historical scenarios or use the toybox to make their own custom battles.
The great war begins September 9th. Toy Soldiers HD, the overhauled, upgraded, and better-than-ever action and strategy video game will be digitally available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and on Steam. Toy Soldiers HD gives you the ability to experience the battle from both top-down strategic perspective and a first-person POV take the action into your own hands perspective.
