Published in 2013 by Paradox Interactive, Europa Universalis IV lets players embark on a quest for world domination through trade, exploration, and warfare. It begins in the Renaissance era of 1444 and progresses through 1821. Improvements over the previous games include a cleaner interface and more vibrant maps. The base game is free, but there are numerous DLC that are free as well. Other DLC has been discounted with prices ranging from $2.49 to $9.99. Hardware specifications are modest. The install size is 6 GB. An NVIDIA GeForce 560 Ti or equivalent recommended.
