EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti XC3 ULTRA GAMING Temperature Testing

From what we can tell, the EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti XC3 ULTRA GAMING’s default fan curve is set to maintain 75 degrees Celsius as it leveled off at 75.1 degrees Celsius. It maintained that with the fans running but not audible without an issue. That was warmer than the AMD Radeon RX 6800 that leveled out at 70 degrees Celsius. With the EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti XC3 ULTRA GAMING maxed out on both core clock and fans, it dropped to 68.6 degrees Celsius.

For comparison, the GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition ran at 76c. Therefore the cooling on the EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti XC3 ULTRA GAMING slightly improves upon the Founder’s Edition temperature by a mere degree Celsius.
