Fallout: London is a fan-made DLC mod for Fallout 4 with a new post-apocalyptic environment, new factions, and a new story. The team announced on Discord that it had planned a big reveal at E3 but released a gameplay trailer with the first level instead due to Bethesda’s recent delays.
“With E3 canceled this year, Bethesda now canceling its intended release dates of their upcoming games,” said Team FOLON. “We are anticipating a much harder push for our new trailer than we had before SO if you’d be so kind as to help share a link to a friend when you sit down to watch it, it’d be hugely appreciated.”
Fallout: London is a DLC-sized mod for Bethesda’s Fallout 4. Distinct from the base game, the mod will allow the player to visit the previously unexplored post-apocalyptic environment of London. In a divergence from previous official titles in the series, Fallout: London is not set in America. This will allow the player to explore an entirely new setting, interact with new post-war cultures and societies, and see a world distinct from the Americana of the mainline games. It also allows the player to explore pre-war European history and the effects the Resource Wars had on the class-structured society of pre-war Britain.
The Fallout: London development team is a collection of both amateur and industry professionals that are working to create a project for the community with a shared vision. The project is a chance for the team to be creative and try new things that they otherwise couldn’t when constrained to the confines of the industry. It is a true labour of love for all involved.
