Techland has announced that it will be releasing its next DLC for Dying Light 2 Stay Human alongside a new patch update soon. Chapter 2 is titled “A Huntress and a hag” and features a new character called Shen Xiu. She is a huntress skilled in archery and tracking. There will be new missions, weapons, and bounties included in the DLC. Details for Patch 1.5 have not been revealed yet.
The second seasonal Chapter for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, entitled “A Huntress and a Hag,” will debut in a couple weeks alongside the upcoming Patch 1.5. Like Chapter 1, “In the Footsteps of a Nightrunner,” this upcoming second Chapter will be an essential part of the post-launch support plan for Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Moreover, a new “At The Fish Eye” episode, released today, examines what these content drops are.
NEW CHAPTER AGENT – Shen Xiu
Meet Shen Xiu, AKA The Huntress—our newest Chapter Agent! Who is she? Where does she come from? What is her business in the City? For now, just know this extremely proficient tracker and archery expert has a very special task for Nightrunners. Will you become the hunter… or the prey? Stay tuned in the upcoming weeks as we reveal more information about new missions, bounties, enemies, and weapons that the second Chapter will introduce.
Karol Langier (Game Designer) and Anna Kubica (Senior Brand Manager) sat down at The Fish Eye canteen and went into some detail explaining how the first chapter DLC began the Nightrunner storyline that the upcoming chapter continues. They also expand on the idea behind the many planned content drops to continually bring players back to experience more of the game as new stories get added. This falls in line with Techland’s original statement on how it could only take 20 hours to complete the main story but in fact, take upwards of 500 hours to experience everything the game will have to offer.
NEW AT THE FISH EYE EPISODE
