Sega previously said that the Genesis Mini 2 would include “over 50” games, and it appears to have kept its promise.
As detailed in a new video shared on the official SegaAmerica channel, the Genesis Mini 2 will ship with a total of 60 (+1) games. They include a number of recognizable Genesis favorites, such as Earthworm Jim 2, Streets of Rage 3, and Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers, as well as various Sega CD games, including Ecco the Dolphin and its sequel, Ecco: The Tides of Time.
Sega’s complete list of Genesis Mini 2 titles, which can be found below, also includes two unreleased retro games in the form of Devi & Pii, a paddle-style game, and Star Mobile, a title that was completed in 1992 but never released.
