Inside the Case
Phanteks P600s oozes spaciousness while providing the right features for a clean look. The usual cutouts along the bottom and top motherboard edges are there, while four sliding cable management covers are situated in front of the motherboard tray. These can be adjusted as needed to allow for cable passthrough or removed altogether to house one or more additional dual-HDD cages.
The PSU section at the bottom of the case features a cutout for PSU visibility, along with an additional sliding cable management cover on the panel that separates the motherboard and PSU sections. Phanteks has also provided a cutout for extra thick radiators to sit behind their updated 140mm fans.
Finally, in addition to sound-absorbing material on the front and right side, Phanteks has used rubber strips to significantly reduce airflow through the left side panel.
Behind The Motherboard Tray
The right side of the P600s is home to Phanteks’ neatly-arranged cable management system. Four horizontal straps and two vertical straps hold down the cabling for the front I/O, power button, three RGB PWM fans, and the included PWM fan hub.
Also visible are the three brackets for mounting 2.5″ drives and the positions in the PSU section for up to two dual-HDD cages, as well as the thumbscrews that hold the four removable cable management covers in place.
The View From Below
The bottom of the P600s is home to the PSU intake filter, which can be removed from the rear of the case for cleaning, the cutouts for the included HDD trays, and some rather tall feet.
In The Box
Talk about premium packaging!
Phanteks ships the P600s in your standard box, but has used a nicer black foam to protect the case during transit. Perhaps more surprising is the included accessory kit that contains the screws in a segregated container along with four stackable HDD trays and a bracket for mounting GPUs vertically.
The Retail Package Is Just The Beginning
Phanteks sells accessories for their various product lines on their https://www.phanteks.store/ retail site. Parts that fit the P600s specifically are listed on the P600s product page, with the current selection shown below.
Do note that Phanteks has installed updated PH-F140SK fans in this Matte White release of the P600s, as well as released an updated ITX upgrade kit bracket, thus some of the parts listed on the product page for all P600s models are somewhat out of date.
