Apple Unveils iPad Pro with M2 Chip, Redesigned iPad, and Next-Generation Apple TV 4K

Apple has introduced its latest products in the form of a new iPad Pro that leverages the company’s M2 chip, alongside a redesigned standard iPad and next-generation Apple TV 4K that adds various improvements, including support for HDR10+. The new iPads will be available beginning on October 26, while the new Apple TV 4K will be available beginning on November 4.

iPad Pro (from $799/$1,099)

  • 11-inch and 12.9-inch models with Liquid Retina Display
  • M2 8-core CPU, up to 15% faster than M1
  • M2 10-core GPU, up to 35% faster graphics performance
  • Supports up to 16 GB of fast unified memory, Wi-Fi 6E
  • Pro cameras, Face ID, Thunderbolt, four-speaker audio system
  • Apple Pencil now detected up to 12 mm above the display
  • Availability in stores beginning Wednesday, October 26

iPad (from $449)

  • Redesigned in four vibrant colors

  • 20% increase in CPU and 10% improvement in graphics over previous gen
  • Large 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display (2360×1640)
  • New support for Wi-Fi 6
  • Availability in stores beginning Wednesday, October 26

  • Availability starting Friday, November 4
