Santa Monica Studio has shared the graphics modes for God of War Ragnarök, detailing all of the visual options that PS4, PS4 Pro, and PS5 users will be able to choose from when the sequel to its 2018 hit releases next week. Contrary to previous reports, a 120 FPS mode isn’t strictly noted anywhere, but three 60 FPS modes are available in the PS5 version of the game, including two “unlocked” 60 FPS modes that promise a resolution of 1440p in the Favor Performance +HFR/+HFR+VRR tiers. A Favor Quality mode will also allow PS5 players who can cope with 30 FPS to experience the game at a native 4K (2160p) resolution. God of War Ragnarök launches this coming Wednesday, November 9, but there doesn’t seem to be any indication yet as to when the PC version might be released.
With #GodofWarRagnarok right around the corner, we’re happy to share all of the graphics modes that will be available to you across PS5, PS4 Pro, and PS4!

God of War Ragnarök’s latest promotion features Ben Stiller, LeBron James, and John Travolta, who had the following to say:
Ben Stiller: Putting on the Kratos beard and makeup felt very empowering. The war paint really is useful in terms of letting people know you mean business. I found the beard made me feel wiser…though [my son] Quin didn’t seem to feel that at all.
LeBron James: Something about having the Leviathan Axe in your hand transports you to a different world. We all play the games on the screen, but being able to bring those moments to life and connect in a different way is a pretty cool thing.
John Travolta: Similar to Kratos and Atreus, the balance of ‘holding on and letting go’ is a dynamic many parents can relate to. There’s no better feeling than seeing your child grow and mature into the best versions of themselves.
