Early benchmarks for the Radeon RX 7900 XTX derived from AMD’s own numbers have been shared online, teasing the potential performance of AMD’s flagship RDNA 3 gaming graphics card ahead of official reviews. The benchmarks suggest that the Radeon RX 7900 XTX will be just as fast as the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 in Cyberpunk 2077 and Metro Exodus at 4K settings, being able to hit frame rates of up to 83 FPS and 60 FPS, respectively, with ray tracing enabled in the latter. AMD’s Radeon RX 7900 XTX should also come pretty close to the GeForce RTX 4090 in Watch Dogs: Legion, with one set of benchmarks implying that it can hit 132 FPS in Ubisoft’s open-world hacker game in 4K—just 9 FPS short of NVIDIA’s Ada Lovelace gaming flagship. Yet another shows it 6 FPS behind the GeForce RTX 4090 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II at 4K.

  • DOOM Eternal (Ray Tracing): 135 FPS
  • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: 109 FPS
  • God of War: 98 FPS
  • Red Dead Redemption 2: 93 FPS

Breakthrough new levels of performance with up to 24GB of GDDR6 memory and blazing fast clock speeds to deliver an incredible experience at 4K and beyond. Radeon RX 7900 Series graphics feature advanced AMD RDNA 3 compute units, with 2nd generation raytracing accelerators and new AI accelerators to deliver incredible performance while maximizing graphical fidelity.
