The Epic Games Store has launched its 2022 Holiday Sale, and with it comes a free copy of Bloons TD 6, a tower defense game from the developers at Ninja Kiwi that is available to claim at no cost until 12/16/2022 at 11:00 a.m. (ET).
“Craft your perfect defense from a combination of awesome Monkey Towers, upgrades, Heroes, and activated abilities, then pop every last invading Bloon!” reads a description for the game, which was released on the Epic Games Store on July 19, 2022.
“Join millions of other players who enjoy the massive and ever-expanding features that deliver endless hours of the best strategy gaming available.”
Bloons TD 6 recently received a holiday update in the form of update 34, which promises the following features:
- Battle against the awesome resistances and immunities of The Armored Behemoth, Dreadbloon!
- Uncover the tower-buffing placements on the new Beginner map, One Two Tree!
- Slay the Bloons in festive spirit with the new Captain Churchill skin, Sleigh Churchill!
- Trophy store items, quality of life improvements, balance changes and much more!

As for the Epic Games Store Holiday Sale 2022, users have until 11 a.m. (ET), January 5, 2023, to take advantage of hundreds of deals, with some games being up to 75% off.

- Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is 25% off ($44.99)
- Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is 50% off ($29.99)
- New Tales from the Borderlands is 40% off ($23.99)
- Saints Row is 45% off ($32.99)
Sweetening the deals is the return of Epic Coupons, which can be used to take “a whopping 25 percent off full games” when users spend $14.99 or more.
Epic Games will be unwrapping a free game every day for the duration of its 2022 Holiday Sale.
The next free game is speculated to be Horizon Chase Turbo, which can currently be purchased for $3.99.
