Game Science has shared a new animated short for Chinese New Year that can confirm Black Myth: Wukong will be released in the summer of 2024. This is an Unreal Engine 5-powered action RPG that is based on Journey to the West, the 16th century Chinese novel that features Sun Wukong, otherwise known as the Monkey King, as one of its lead characters. Black Myth: Wukong is exclusive to the PC platform.
Black Myth: Wukong will feature support for DLSS 3, according to an article that NVIDIA shared in September 2022 about how 35 games and apps would be adding the latest iteration of its upscaling technology. The company also shared eight minutes of exclusive gameplay for Black Myth: Wukong in August 2022, which can be found below.
