Samsung has announced pre-order availability for the 77S95C (2023), the world’s first 77-Inch OLED TV to feature Quantum Dots, a technology that bolsters OLED’s traditional benefits with improvements that include higher brightness levels and more. Featuring the Samsung Quantum Neural Processor for 4K upscaling and “impossibly thin” Infinity One Design with Slim One Connect box, the new TV is available to pre-order today for $4,499.99 ahead of its shipping date, which is listed as being around February 15. Those who pre-purchase the TV will also get free installation, an appreciable benefit based on the larger size and weight (88 lbs.) of the display.

From a Samsung press release:

Samsung made OLED better by adding Quantum Dot Technology for the ultimate entertainment experience that delivers incredible detail and unbelievable screen brightness. Quantum Dots deliver any content – including movies, games and more – in dramatic detail with pure blacks, more than a billion shades of lifelike colors and 8.3 million self-illuminating pixels that reveal virtually limitless contrast.

Featuring the Samsung Quantum Neural Processor with 4K Upscaling, everything displayed on screen is instantly transformed to incredibly sharp 4K resolution no matter what the original source resolution. The Samsung Quantum Neural Processor utilizes AI-based algorithms to analyze content on a scene-by-scene basis, and adds HDR OLED+ to dynamically tone map every scene. The end result is an image optimized to deliver the brightest lights and deepest blacks in stunning 4K resolution.

Truly a gaming powerhouse, the S95C delivers a 0.1 millisecond response time with a 4K up to 144Hz refresh rate for the lowest input lag and best performance. It’s also the first OLED TV to incorporate AMD Freesync Premium Pro and NVIDIA GeForce NOW with full 4K game streaming support. Rounding out the Gaming Hub experience, the S95C features GameBar 3.0 – in game enhancements that customize what players see on screen with features such as Virtual Aim Point for more accurate targeting, and Minimap Sharing that enables an at-a-glance map of their session all while displaying critical game performance settings.

The 77S95C delivers the visuals, intelligence and connectivity from a strikingly slender Infinity One Design that features modern lines and an attachable Slim One Connect solution that neatly tucks away all cords and cables away from the panel so viewers can focus on what’s on the screen, rather than around it.
