ASRock Intel 700|600 Series Motherboards Gain Support for Up to 192 GB of DDR5 Memory

Owners of ASRock’s newer Intel motherboards can now bolster them with even greater amounts of memory. ASRock today announced the support of 48 GB and 24 GB DDR5 memory modules across its Intel 700 and 600 Series motherboards, boosting their maximum memory capacity from 128 GB to 192 GB on 4 DIMMs. A BIOS update appears to be required for those who are seeking maximum performance. Other manufacturers that have announced support for increased DDR5 memory capacity include MSI and GIGABYTE.

ASRock is announcing the support of 48GB and 24GB DDR5 memory module across Intel 700 and 600 Series motherboards, boosting the maximum memory capacity from 128GB to 192GB on 4 DIMMs, providing performance and compatibility to enthusiasts.

For maximum performance, BIOS update is recommended to achieve a boost of system performance as well as memory capacity, increasing productivity for memory demanding multitasking applications.
