AMD has released the Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D, its first Ryzen 7000 Series processors to feature 3D V-Cache, enabling what the company has claimed to be up to 14% faster performance than the previous generation, making them the fastest gaming processors in the world. While it’s too early to tell how these new X3D chips are selling compared to their standard Zen 4 counterparts, there does seem to be some healthy interest toward the flagship Ryzen 9 7950X3D, which is already sold out at major retailers at the time of this posting, including Newegg, Best Buy, and the official AMD store despite its premium $699 price tag. Be sure to check out our review of the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D, where it’s been described as the perfect gaming-capable CPU.
