Dead or alive, you’re coming with me—but at a later date. Nacon has released a new trailer for RoboCop: Rogue City, and while the video includes some fresh and visually impressive gameplay footage of the new first-person shooter from Teyon (Terminator: Resistance) that stars the iconic part-man, part-machine, all-cop hero introduced by Paul Verhoeven’s 1987 film, it can also confirm that the game has been delayed from its previous June window to later this year. RoboCop: Rogue City, which features the voice work of Peter Weller, will now be available to play on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in September.

From a Nacon press release:

Part Man. Part Machine. All Cop. A new gameplay video of RoboCop: Rogue City was shown at NACON Connect 2023. Developed by Teyon, the team behind the successful Terminator: Resistance, you play as Alex Murphy as you explore Detroit and make dialogue choices in this first-person shooter. RoboCop: Rogue City will be available in September 2023 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.

From a Steam description:

Become the iconic part man, part machine, all cop hero as you attempt to bring justice to the dangerous, crime-ridden streets of Old Detroit. Armed with your trusty Auto-9, factory-built strength, years of experience on the force and a variety of tools at your disposal, you will fight forces seeking to destroy the city you call home in an all new first-person, explosive hunt for the truth. You have the power to decide how to fulfil prime directives in your own way, but as the story unfolds proceed with caution because corruption and greed know no limits.
