The FPS Review today has published full coverage of AMD’s new Radeon RX 7800 XT and Radeon RX 7700 XT video cards with several reviews.

AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT and Radeon RX 7700 XT Graphics Cards >>Press Release<<

Today, September 6th, 2023 AMD has launched its next-generation RDNA 3 architecture-based GPUs aimed at the sub-$500 mainstream pricing segment for graphics cards. Filling out its complete line of Radeon RX 7000 series GPUs, the new Radeon RX 7800 XT launches at $499 and the Radeon RX 7700 XT launches at $449. Both video cards will be on the shelf, starting today, September 6th, 2023.

The FPS Review made comparisons to previous generation GPUs, at the same launch MSRP price segments, to find the performance advantage gen-to-gen. In addition, comparisons to the competition were made, at similar price points, while a focus on 1440p gameplay was made with and without Ray Tracing and Upscaling. Oh, and they overclocked them! Make sure to check out all the reviews below for a full analysis.

The AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT can be summarized as Radeon RX 6800 XT performance (give or take) at $150 less MSRP in 2023. The Radeon RX 7800 XT has improved Ray Tracing performance, AV1 decode/encode, and DisplayPort 2.1. Depending on the game, you may see more performance than the Radeon RX 6800 XT, but only by small percentages, in other games, it may equal performance, or even slightly fall in performance.
