be quiet! has announced that the Pure Loop 2, a new high-performance, silent AIO water cooling unit with ARGB illumination and an attractive price-performance ratio, will be available for purchase from retailers beginning October 10. The 120 mm version will cost $99.90 / €89.90 / £84.99; the 240 mm version will cost $114.90 / €104.90 / £99.99; the 280 mm version will cost $124.90 / €114.90 / £109.99; and the 360 mm version will cost $139.90 / €129.90 / £125.99. Some of their advertised features include up to three Pure Wings 3 PWM high-speed fans for quiet operation of less than 40 dB(A), a PWM-adjustable pump, and ARGB LEDs around the cooling block.

be quiet! Pure Loop 2 Features (360 mm)

  • Impressively high cooling performance for all consumer CPUs
  • 3 Pure Wings 3 120mm PWM high-speed fans offer high static pressure with very quiet operation
  • Doubly decoupled PWM pump reduces vibrations to an absolute minimum
  • ARGB illumination on the cooling block, combined with all-black design and aluminum-style for unmistakable and stylish look
  • Easy-to-access refill port and included coolant bottle guarantee a long lifespan
  • Flexible sleeved tubes and a convenient mounting ensure easy handling
  • 3-year manufacturer’s warranty

Pure Loop 2 water cooling units rely on up to three Pure Wings 3 PWM high-speed fans, which offer a very quiet operation of only 36.8dB(A) at maximum speed. The fans also support a unique closed loop motor function, which monitors the rotational speed of the fan and makes automatic adjustments to keep the fans at a constant fan speed, no matter the air resistance of the radiator. Pure Loop 2 has a doubly decoupled pump to reduce the transfer of vibrations: by being mounted on the tubes, the pump case is decoupled from the CPU cooling block and radiator. On top of that, rubber padding inside the housing of the pump unit add an additional layer of decoupling. The pump unit is PWM-adjustable, allowing better fine-tuning of the performance/noise balance. A nickel-coated coldplate ensures efficient cooling performance for all mainstream desktop processors and allows the use of liquid metal thermal compound.

Pure Loop 2 sets a high standard in appearance thanks to its all-black design of the fans, radiator, and tubes, which is accentuated by the brushed aluminum-style cooling block. The cooling block is elevated visually with subtle ARGB illumination. be quiet! has implemented an easy-to-access refill port on the radiator, so the cooling liquid can be topped up when needed, for maximum performance over a long lifespan. A 100ml bottle of cooling is included in the retail box and should last for at least six top-ups. The highly flexible sleeved tubes allow for a convenient installation, even in cases with restricted space. Thanks to a convenient mounting system, Pure Loop 2 supports all current mainstream desktop processors from Intel and AMD.
