Intel Launches 14th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processors with Up to 6 GHz Boost Frequencies and 23% Better Gaming Performance

Intel has announced that its first 14th Gen Intel Core desktop processors will be available for purchase from retail outlets and via OEM partner systems starting Tuesday, October 17, 2023. The initial lineup comprises six unlocked CPUs, including the Core i9-14900K, a new flagship that features 24 (8P+16E) cores, boost frequencies of up to 6 GHz, support for up to DDR5-5600 and DDR4-3200 memory speeds, and a maximum turbo power of 253 watts. Pricing for these CPUs range from $294 to $589.
