AMD has announced that the new Radeon RX 7900M GPU is expected to be available today as a configuration option for Alienware’s m18 gaming laptop with AMD Advantage framework starting at $2,799.99 (US) / $3,799.99 (CA) on Alienware.com. Described by AMD as the fastest Radeon laptop graphics that it’s ever developed, the Radeon RX 7900M is a new flagship GPU that is said to deliver a level of performance that’s 7% higher on average versus competitors in select games at QHD resolution thanks to AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture. AMD also noted that the Alienware m18 is powered by the Ryzen 9 7945HX, a high-performance laptop CPU that features 16 cores and its own graphics in the form of a Radeon 610M.
