NVIDIA has revealed that it will be making an appearance at CES, and not only that, the company will be making a “Special Address” at the event, which is scheduled to run from January 9 to January 12 in Las Vegas.

According to NVIDIA’s Upcoming Events page, where it teases GTC 2024, MS Ignite, and other big events, NVIDIA’s Special Address will occur on January 8 at 8:00 a.m. PDT.

There’s absolutely nothing here that hints at anything GeForce related, but many seem to be think that this is when NVIDIA will be unveiling its next GeForce RTX GPUs, which are rumored to be GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Series.

Those would include the GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER, and even the GeForce RTX 4070 “Ti SUPER,” if recent packaging leaks are to be believed.

As shared by leakers that include kopite7kimi, the GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER will supposedly feature an AD103-400 GPU with 10,240 cores, while the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER is said to feature either the AD103-275 AD102-175 GPU and 8,448 cores. And as for the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER, that GPU will supposedly feature an AD104-350 or AD103-175 GPU, along with 7,168 cores.

Who knows if a guy in a leather jacket will show up to unveil these products, as NVIDIA’s previous address was hosted by the company’s SVP of gaming, Jeff Fisher, but it may be safe to assume that they’ll be pricier than the existing GeForce RTX 40 Series.

The GeForce RTX 4080 already starts at $1,199, with custom models going higher, of course.

Here’s a copy of NVIDIA’s CES 2023 event, where Fisher unveiled the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti and more.
