Test Setup

We will use our second generation AIO test rig which we will publish further details on in the coming weeks. It is based on the Intel i9 13900K CPU running on an ASUS Z690-based motherboard. We will set up each cooler in the same manner with the radiator attached to the case and the fans blowing into the radiator. The water blocks will be mounted per the manufacturer’s instructions except that we will use Arctic Cooling MX-4 thermal paste. We will utilize ASUS FanXpert to control fan speeds, setting the fans at a fixed RPM for each test. We will also compare it to the other coolers we have tested thus far.

Installation

Installation of the AZZA Cube 360 was a little more complicated than the average installation. We initially wanted to ignore the directions that said we needed to install the ring frame to the motherboard and only then mount the block, but we ended up going with it. Quite frankly it was a bit awkward to tighten the ring partially, get the paste installed, and then twist the cube until it fits onto the ring so we could finish clamping it down. We suspect a good bit of patent infringement was avoided by going with this method.

SUMMARY

The AZZA Cube 360 All In One CPU Cooler puts a fantastic value offering on the table with it able to keep up with more expensive 360mm AIO CPU Coolers while staying quiet enough to not bother you. With a sweet spot around 1000RPM, it will serve your rig well and leave money in your budget for other upgrades as long as you don't plan to overclock your CPU to 11.
