Intel is planning to launch the rest of its 14th Gen Core Raptor Lake Refresh desktop processors in the second week of January, according to the ECSM_Official account, which tweeted this morning about how the “non-K series will be released at 3 pm on 1/8 (Pacific time) and 7 am (Beijing time) on 1/9.”

These dates haven’t been confirmed by Intel yet, but they seem to make a bit of sense, with Intel having announced last week that it’ll be hosting a series of events at CES 2024, from January 9 to 12, 2024, in Las Vegas, albeit seemingly with an AI focus.

“At CES 2024, join Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger and company executives for keynote discussions, technology showcases and AI-focused sessions,” Intel wrote in its announcement. “They will explore how Intel technologies, supported by innovative and open software, enable AI capabilities for consumers and businesses to create a better, responsible, more sustainable, and more inclusive future for all.”

As for what some of the new 14th Gen Core SKUs might look like, the ECSM_Official account has shared screenshots that seem to confirm some of the Core i3-14100’s specifications, including four cores and eight threads, as well as its ability to reach 9,091/1,742 points in Cinebench R23’s multi-core and single-core tests, respectively.

CPU-Z and other screenshots for the Core i5-14400 have been shared by the ECSM_Official account as well, teasing the performance for what is apparently a 10-core chip:

Intel launched its first 14th Gen Core processors in October 2023, revealing six new options headlined by the Core i9-14900K/KF, a new flagship that features a total of 24 cores (8P+16E) and a Thermal Velocity Boost Frequency of up to 6.0 GHz.

“Intel Core 14th Gen processors power an immersive gaming experience with up to 23% gaming performance uplift compared to leading competitor processors, while new gaming-focused features like Intel Application Optimization (APO) ensure better-than-ever application threading alongside existing Intel Thread Director application thread scheduling,” Intel wrote in its press release.
