ASRock Intel 700 Series and AMD AM5 Series Motherboards Now Support Memory Capacity Up to 256 GB

ASRock has announced that it has brought support for 64 GB DDR5 memory modules to its Intel 700 Series and AMD AM5 Series motherboards, boosting their maximum memory capacity to 256 GB with 4 DIMMs.

Here’s a brief note from ASRock about how the support will be added to even more motherboards in the future:

Additionally, we are committed to expanding support for the 64GB DDR5 memory module across more motherboards with various chipsets, enhancing productivity for memory-intensive multitasking applications.

And here’s a screenshot that ASRock shared, confirming the new level of memory support on the Intel 700 Series with DDR5 memory from Kingston:
