Now that we’re in the beginning of a new year and another CES is upon us in Las Vegas, Cooler Master has shared the details of its new products that they’re launching at CES. We’ve combed through what they sent and bring you the most interesting bits – we’ll get more info on these plus other things when we visit them in a couple of days.

“At Cooler Master, we’re not just building components; we’re crafting experiences,”

Jimmy Sha, Cooler Master CEO

Let’s dive into some of these new components experiences.

Power Supplies

Cooler Master V SFX Platinum Power Supplies

First up, we have the Cooler Master V SFX Platinum power supplies. This is an unprecedented amount of power in a SFX form factor and it will carry an 80 PLUS Platinum rating in both 1100W and 1300W flavors. A 10 year warranty is offered on these power supplies. Cooler Master has not provided pricing or expected on-street availability at this time.

X Silent Edge Power Supplies

As the name implies, The X Silent Edge are fanless power supply units that will be sold at 850W and 1100W flavors. The use of heat pipes is supposed to help keep the juice flowing without having to crank up the fan. These carry a 15 year warranty and should integrate with the MasterCTRL software to provide real time monitoring. Cooler Master has not provided pricing or expected on-street availability at this time.

MasterLiquid ION Series CPU AIO Coolers

Cooler Master is launching the MasterLiquid ION series of CPU AIO coolers that bear a bit of a resemblance to their ATMOS AIOs that we looked at a few months back. The newest thing here is that Cooler Master has included a 2.1 inch LCD screen that can be controlled using their MasterCTRL software. It supports two or three Mobius 120P ARGB fans (depending on whether you get the 240mm or 360mm flavor). Cooler Master has not provided pricing or expected on-street availability at this time.

GP2711 Monitor

The GP2711 monitor uses a VA panel featuring Mini-LED technology to support a 165Hz refresh rate along with Freesync in a 27″ format. Cooler Master claims color reproduction stats of Adobe RGB 93.5% and DCI-P3 95%. We assume this is a 1440p panel, but it actually doesn’t say anywhere in the documentation that we have. Cooler Master has not provided pricing or expected on-street availability at this time.
