Canalys, a leading global technology market analyst firm, has shared new figures that show how Intel continues to maintain a leading position in PC processor shipments, with a market share of 78% for Q4 2023. Intel is trailed by AMD and Apple, the former of which is shown with a shipment share of 13%.

Shipments increased by 3% annually, with Dell Technologies and Lenovo collectively accounting for over 50% of shipments, while HP closely followed with a 21% share.
AMD held the second position with a shipment share of 13%, experiencing a slight decline of 1% in shipments. #Lenovo alone accounted for 40% of #AMD’s shipments, with #HP and #Asus collectively contributing to over 80%.
MediaTek remained at a very low portion with a 27% growth rate with the adoption of #Chromebooks. Canalys Analyst Ben Yeh says they shall be able to gain shares if they can provide solutions for #Windows soon.
