Squirrel with a Gun, a new indie action-adventure game that allows players to play as a squirrel with a gun, is now available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, developer Dee Dee Creations and publisher Maximum Entertainment have announced. The new game, which stars what is said to be the neighborhood’s most obnoxious rodent, is already outperforming some recent AAA releases, including Concord, the first-person hero shooter from Firewalk Studios and Sony Interactive Entertainment that is estimated to have cost the companies around $100 million to develop.

Well I must say. When I read the title I was at first like "Okay, so another Conker's Bad Fur Day" but maybe not as "M" rated. Big deal.
Then I watched the video.

That was enough for me to check out the vid and . . .totally f'ing awesome. This should be a movie. I might end up getting this one. One of the best game trailers for 2024 for sure.
This is probably the first indie title I've ever seen that actually looked like it was worth playing.

Totally agree.
Haven't bought it yet, I'll probably wait until the winter sales happen but not the worst price at $17.99 (current discount).
Read some of the reviews and most gave it a lot of praise for its takedown animations, Mario64 platformer style, and mostly solid gameplay.
Ok yea they need an award for best use of movieguy in trailer.
