Corsair to Acquire Endor AG and Fanatec Sim Racing Product Line

Endor AG, the company best known for its sim racing game peripherals, particularly those sold under the Fanatec brand, is about to join the Corsair family, according to a press release that Corsair shared today about how a definitive agreement has been signed and how the transaction for the acquisition is expected to close imminently. Endor’s headquarters will remain in Landshut, Bavaria, while its employees will continue to manage and operate the Fanatec product line, Corsair noted its announcement.
