The first two GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics cards for MSRP have been spotted as multiple retailers have begun listing their various models. With only a week to go until release, more retailers have begun revealing the next product in NVIDIA’s RTX 50 series. The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti could perhaps be one of the best values in NVIDIA’s top-tier stack with its $749 MSRP.
NVIDIA’s naming convention for its x70 Ti cards can be confusing for consumers as the GPU manufacturer is not always consistent when it comes to which die is used for them thus leading to a bit of apples vs oranges comparisons when just going by the name. Case in point, the previous RTX 4070 Ti used a fully enabled die found in the RTX 4070 whereas the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER used a cutdown version of the die found in the RTX 4080, at the price many hoped the latter would’ve launched at. This time around the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is using a cutdown version of the RTX 5080, following the path of the previous Ti SUPER variant, and also with a MSRP much lower than its counterpart.
It should be noted that NVIDIA does sometimes use dies from the next-up product stack in its Titanium (Ti) variants but that is not always the case hence why comparing the previous RTX 4070 Ti to the upcoming RTX 5070 is not wholly a like-for-like scenario.
Where to find an RTX 5070 Ti for MSRP?
With the first two GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics cards appearing at MSRP, consumers are undoubtedly wondering where to find them. This is not an easy task and more than likely will be more mythical as so far one retailer is in Denmark, while the other is Microcenter. In both cases, there are regional limitations for customers to obtain products from them.
VideoCardz has been hard at work in researching not only places to purchase RTX 50 series graphics cards but more importantly for those on a budget, where to find them at MSRP. Microcenter has the distinction of listing a model featuring a factory overclock, something a bit rare for any MSRP card, although technically $1 more than MSRP. The PNY GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Overclocked Triple Fan GPU is listed with a 2.3 GHz clock speed (boost clock speed not listed), 300W TDP, and 16 GB GDDR7 memory with up to 896 GB/s bandwidth.
Next up is the Inno3D GeForce RTX 5070 Ti X3 which is listed at Danish retailer Proshop for 6,879 KR which converts to MSRP. Specifications are largely the same at the above graphics card but Inno3D does indicate that its card boosts to 2,452 MHz.
So far there are about a dozen different models with pricing included that have surface but more are sure to come. However, most are well over MSRP and some are close to double. Whether from partner pricing, limited supply, or scalpers, consumers will once again likely have great difficulty in obtaining yet another RTX 50 series graphics card.
